However, it can mean different things for different people and this is where the charm and mystery of wellness lies. Some of us relax by taking a mountain bike ride in the picturesque scenery of the Beskydy Mountains; some of us choose to recover their strengths after a hectic week in the whirlpool bath, others prefer to relax in the nature. One thing is for certain though – all these activities lead up to the same goal and that is your physical and mental content.
